- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tammy is one of the rudest agents that I have ever been in contact with. Because of her front office staff's mistake, my insurance was cancelled early and I was fined by the DMV. When I contacted Tammy to try and fix the problem she said "yes, I wondered why you cancelled so early, I did question that" but she never called and just let it go through. When I called her office to discuss it with her, she was rude and gave me the run around. Promised to call me the next day but never did but instead sent an email, did not have enough courtesy to call and let me know that she would not fix her staff's mistakes.
