  This is one of the worst places I have ever been in my life. This "veterinarian" was completely unprofessional, rude, and has no business "helping" animals. I took my dog here a few months back because he had been attacked by another animal. This was the only place I could get him in first thing in the morning without going to REACH. He told me not to take the dog out of the car, he came out to look him over. Never even opened the door or touched the dog. He had huge holes in his back from the attack and the doctor simply said to flush the wounds out ourselves, put sugar in them and bandage them. Give him the antibiotics and pain meds and he should be fine in a few weeks. We did as instructed and in a few days the dog seemed to be getting worse. We attempted to contact the doctor (as he told us to do if we had questions) and he would never pick up the phone. We then had to take the dog to another vet in town and they were absolutely furious with the complete disregard for the dogs poor health and that the doctor never even attempted to care for him. He was placed on the incorrect antibiotics and pain meds, he should have been sedated, shaved, stitched up and bandaged. My dog was on the verge of dying because the wound had become infected, even though we had done exactly as the doctor told us. This man is a quack and should have his license taken away. He doesn't care about the animals, all he cares about is the money. No wonder he didn't have any other patients and could get us in ASAP. I feel sorry for anyone else who may have to go through what we did in this sort of situation. Next time I would rather have to shell out $1k to go to REACH to avoid going back to this jackass!

  Dr. Alan is a compassionate straightforward and extremely professional vet. He corrected a terrible situation with my dog that was caused by another vet we had to see while on vacation period within a day my dog showed immediate positive results. Dr. Allen is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and a true asset to the pets in our life.
